PVC pipe elbow machine line is consist of heating oven and pipe elbow machine. The whole machine is made of square pipe welding and galvanized sheet metal, and the outer surface of the machine is sprayed with plastic paint. The main purpose of the heating oven is to heat the pipe to facilitate its enter into the bending equipment for shaping, it has 6 sets of rotating motor shafts, 3 heating zones and 24 heating quartz tubes, so they can improve heating efficiency. The pipe elbow machine is mainly used to bend the heated pipe, it can bend the pipe of 110-160mm diameter, the production speed is 120-180 seconds/time,it can produce 300-500 pipes one day, so it has high production efficiency, easy to operate and safety.

The advantages of the machine:

1. When heating the pipe, the three heating zones of the heating oven can be closed 1-2 heating zones according to the length of the pipe, so it will save more electricity cost for customers.

2. The pipe elbow machine can process 3-8mm pipe, and the mould can bear up to 3000KG of pressure.

3. The bend mould and bend angle can according customer demand size to design.

4. The machine has stable structure and not easy to deform.
