On May 7, 2026, the complete COD communication corrugated pipe production line customized by Qingdao Fullwin Machinery Co., Ltd. was shipped to Saudi Arabia in 3 containers, successfully delivered to a new customer and expanding the company’s presence in the Middle East.

This project includes two independent production lines for inner and outer pipes respectively. Inner pipes are formed first, then inserted synchronously during outer pipe production, forming a composite structure with 5 inner pipes inside one outer pipe. The scientific layout and standardized process fully meet the client’s workshop layout and production requirements.

As a key product for underground communication networks and utility tunnels, COD pipes feature a double-layer composite structure (inner PE pipe + outer carbon spiral pipe). With precise two-stage forming technology, Fullwin’s lines ensure excellent pressure resistance, corrosion resistance and multi-channel wiring, fully meeting high Middle East engineering standards.

Key specifications: finished pipe OD 110mm; main motor 45kw; 4-zone independent heating; 6-station winder. The lines feature high automation, stable quality and improved efficiency.
