On May 27, 2026, two high-speed corrugated pipe production lines passed final inspection and were delivered to Mexico. This shipment expands our market presence in Latin America and demonstrates our reliable R&D and manufacturing capabilities in precision pipe extrusion equipment.

The production lines are custom-made for small-diameter wiring corrugated pipes. With improved performance and stability, the equipment supports high-precision production. It covers a pipe diameter range of 6mm to 16mm, with a minimum inner diameter of 4.5mm. Fitted with 90 pairs of upgraded high-precision modules, the line runs stably with low consumption. Its production speed reaches 20 to 25 meters per minute, and it is compatible with both PP and PE materials.

This is a full turnkey factory project. The complete production line is fully integrated with supporting equipment, including a crusher, chiller and color mixer. It supports one-stop automatic production, covering pipe extrusion, precision forming, constant temperature cooling, color mixing and waste recycling. We provide full-range services, including customized solution design, equipment manufacturing, line debugging, on-site installation guidance, process adjustment and operator training.
