June 24, 2026, our high-speed single-wall corrugated pipe extrusion line was fully packed and loaded, and shipped to Cameroon successfully.

This cooperation lasted for half a year. After rounds of technical communication and solution customization, we finally closed the order. The client is a first-time investor with no experience in plastic pipe manufacturing. We provided complete turnkey project service. The client also purchased supporting generators and PE raw materials to finish all pre-production preparation in one stop.

After machine completion, the client visited our factory for on-site inspection and machine test run. He was highly satisfied with the machine stability, pipe forming accuracy and marking line co-extrusion effect, and accepted the machine on the spot. The client mentioned that PE threading pipes have huge market demand in Cameroon with large market gaps, bringing promising business profits.

This 16-32mm production line is designed to produce PE threading pipes with marking lines. The finished pipes feature high toughness and smooth wire threading, perfectly suitable for African construction wiring projects. We will provide full after-sales support including remote installation & commissioning, operator training and spare parts supply to ensure smooth production of the client’s new factory.
