Traditional smooth pipe production uses manual molds. manually put the raw material plasticized by the extruder into the mold, and blowing air makes the raw material fit the mold to produce a specific shape pipe. Only one piece can be produced at a time, the production speed is slow, and manpower is wasted.

New design abandon the traditional manual blow mold production method. Adopting special vacuum mold forming, automatic continuous production, reducing labor costs and increase production speed.
