The ordinary single-wall corrugated pipe production line developed by our company adopts chain-driven moulds and templates, integrated with a water + air dual cooling system, ensuring stable pipe forming, uniform corrugations, and smooth inner and outer pipe walls. It can stably produce various specifications of single-wall corrugated pipes, including automotive wire harness pipes, electrical conduit pipes, hookah pipes, washing machine drain pipes, vacuum cleaner hoses, medical breathing pipes, home improvement downpipes, and corrugated finger toy pipes, with supported pipe diameters ranging from 12-63mm / 30-160mm.
