On April 17, 2026, the PVC suction hose production line (23mm–165mm) of Qingdao Fullwin Machinery Co., Ltd. was loaded and delivered to a long-term customer in Afghanistan. This repeated order fully reflects the customer’s high recognition of Fullwin’s equipment quality, high output and comprehensive services, further strengthening the company’s reputation and layout in the plastic pipe equipment market of Central Asia and the Middle East.

The equipment delivered this time is PVC suction hose production line, equipped with two SJ65 high-efficiency extruders, featuring uniform plasticization, stable extrusion and high output, which is perfectly suitable for large-scale production of pipes with a large diameter range of 23mm–165mm. The complete production line includes extruder, customized molds, forming machine and other units, which can flexibly produce flat rib hose and convex rib hose to meet different working conditions.

Before shipment, our company has completed full-line commissioning, testing operation stability, diameter accuracy, rib forming, energy consumption and noise item by item to ensure the equipment can be quickly installed and put into efficient production after arrival.
